Is there onsite parking?

Yes! We have plenty of free, onsite parking right in front of the studio.

Where exactly is the studio?

We are situated right next door to the Brisbane Flower Market on Sherwood Road. If you’re travelling outbound from the CBD on Sherwood Road, turn left into the driveway at the sign that says “Brisbane Markets” and “Brisbane Flower Markets”. Turn immediately left again into an L-shaped car park. Our studio in on level two of the building you see as you drive into the car park.

Are there toilets & showers?

Yes, our studio offers amenities such as toilets, showers, hair dryers, and even hair-ties. You can take your time to unwind and recenter within the Zen walls before stepping back into the rhythm of your day.

Can I use the Infrared Sauna?

Absolutely! We have a range of memberships that include use of our FIR sauna. You can view all of our memberships, including pricing here.

Can I attend a class without signing up to a 12 month contract?

We have a number of class passes available that have no strings attached. If you’re new to the Studio, you can take advantage of our Intro Offer which allows you to enjoy 30 days of unlimited classes for just $75. You can purchase a $30 Casual Pass and come along to a single class, or you can sign up to our Zen Light Membership for $30 per week. Our Zen Light Membership is a great option if you want to attend three classes per week, without committing to a 12 month contract.

How are your contract Memberships billed?

Our Zen Light Membership is direct debited on a weekly basis, and our Zen Connect and Zen Bliss Memberships are direct debited on a fortnightly basis. We designed these Memberships to be cost-effective for our most active Members who want to visit the Studio 3+ times per week, and also use our Far Infrared Sauna facilities.

Can I pause my Membership?

Absolutely! You can pause your Membership for 4 weeks per year, for up to 7 days at a time.
