Zen Flow is Vinyasa style practice, supremely peaceful yet vigorous practice, influenced by the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga and often dance like. Our teachers will guide you though their own unique sequences inviting you to connect the breath with each movement, combining pranayama and physically challenging asana postures.
Our Flow classes are typically our toughest class style. We offer both heated and non-heated classes, with the heat adding an additional element of challenge. The difficulty of this class varies with the teacher - please refer to the ‘Our Teachers’ page for more detail on each teacher’s style!
Slow Flow
Difficulty: Beginner - Intermediate
Balance the Body + Mind.
Zen Slow Flow is a delicious slow vinyasa flow practice with longer holds and deep stretches, though it still has the same qualities and benefits of a vinyasa practice - including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Zen Slow Flow classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga.
Core Yoga
Difficulty: Intermediate - Advanced
Strengthen your core and abdominal muscles.
Zen Core Yoga combines a vinyasa flow with core pilates to provide a challenging, but invigorating core workout.
Yoga Essentials
Difficulty: Beginner
Learn the yoga essentials!
This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga, or for those wanting a slow, conscious practice. Detailed instructions and explanations for the pillar poses of yoga are provided, supporting you in starting your yoga journey.
Align + Flow
Difficulty: Beginner - Intermediate
Stretch + Strengthen + Alignment
This class aims to specifically position the body in each pose to maximise the benefit from the asana, to build strength & flexibility, and to minimise injury. Precise alignment instructions aim to set up the path to create a balanced flow of energy and to deeply integrate the body, breath, and mind. Expect to use various props during this class.
Suitable for all levels – allows newer students to establish appropriate alignment & foundations from the very start, whilst seasoned yogis will have the opportunity to deepen and evolve their practice.
