Zen Flow
Connect + Breathe + Movement.
Zen Flow is Vinyasa style practice, supremely peaceful yet vigorous practice, influenced by the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga and often dance like. Our teachers will guide you though their own unique sequences inviting you to connect the breath with each movement, combining pranayama and physically challenging asana postures.
Zen Slow Flow
Balance the Body + Mind.
Zen Slow Flow is a delicious slow vinyasa flow practice with longer holds and deep stretches, though it still has the same qualities and benefits of a vinyasa practice, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Zen Slow Flow classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga.
Zen Align + Flow Yoga
Stretch + Strengthen + Alignment
This class aims to specifically position the body in each pose to maximise the benefit from the asana, to build strength & flexibility, and to minimise injury. Precise alignment instructions aim to set up the path to create a balanced flow of energy and to deeply integrate the body, breath, and mind. Expect to use various props during this class. Suitable for all levels – allows newer students to establish appropriate alignment & foundations from the very start, whilst seasoned yogis will have the opportunity to deepen and evolve their practice.
Zen Flow + Yin
Profound + Connected
Zen Flow + Yin is the perfect combination of vinyasa flow followed by yin yoga. The perfect balance of Yin and Yang. Begining with grounding asana connecting the breath and movement, before transitioning into a deeper Yin practice of long meditative holds The perfect class to drop into your body and out of your busy head and reconnect with your body and breath.
Zen Yin Yoga
Release Fascia + Muscle Tension
Zen Yin is a deeply meditative class of long holds and slow breathes, that aims to release tension by stretching the body's connective tissue and fascia.
Rather than using dynamic postures and heat, Zen Yin Yoga will nourish and relax you into a state of bliss and comfort whereby the pain, tension and stress will literally clear and dissolve. This is the perfect class to balance your regular hot yoga practice.

Zen Backcare Pilates
Release + Relieve Back Pain
This is more of a traditional mat pilates class with slow controlled movements aimed at strengthening back muscles and the surrounding areas. Our Pilates Instructors will guide you through a series of safe and specific exercises to help reduce and remove back pain.
Zen Barre Pilates
Combining Stength Training with Cardio
If you don't mind the burning factor, this is a class for you. Using the barre (like a ballet bar), this class is fun and burns some serious calories. Barre Pilates is a complete body workout incorporating ballet barre conditioning, yoga and Pilates.
Zen Resistance Pilates
Challenge Every Major Muscle Group
Using resistance bands, weighted balls and magic circles these classes are designed to give you a whole body workout, creating both strength and flexibility. Zen Resistence Pilates classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Zen Wall Pilates

This class is pilates based, and incorporates strength, flexibility and functional movement. This class aims to build strength while also keeping your spine and joints mobile and supple and get to know how your body can move.
